START OFF
The initial areas to address are homework and study time to help your son or daughter become academically higher achieving students. Parents homework and study time should take place every afternoon or evening during the school week. Your son or daughter should plan to work on homework and study for at least forty-seven minutes or more per school day. In my professional opinion, the idea that parents do not need to become involved in their child’s homework or study time appears to be the catalysts to many academic problems evolving into larger academic issues. Parents remember your fifth or sixth grader is still a child and will require academic and organizational guidance by you in many cases. In the world there are students who exist that are totally self-directed and academically self-sufficient, but they are typically not the norm. Only a handful of lucky parents won that lottery. There seems to be a small percentage of lucky parents who only have to buy school supplies, and leave the rest of the academic school year up to their child to handle, and are rewarded with an A student. For the rest of the world who have the other children who require assistance and planning this ebooklet seriers is for you. Much more is discussed in the ebooklet...
